BY VIRTUE OF A DECREE AND ORDER OF SALE OF THE WARREN CIRCUIT COURT, Joe B. Houchens - Court Appointed Special Commissioner and David F. Broderick - Warren County Master Commissioner, will sell at public auction the real property in the following action on Saturday, February 4th, 2017, about the hour of 10:00 a.m. CST, “Offsite” at 11890 Nashville Road.
